To pay your bill securely online with a major credit or debit card, please start by locating your NAOA account number. You will find this information printed on your bill as a series of numbers; in some cases, it may be preceded by the two letters “NA.”
Then click on the “Pay My Bill” button, which will take you to a form at our card processor’s site to collect the additional information needed to process your payment. Please note that credit card payments made using this form will reflect a 3.0% surcharge paid to the processor. (Debit card payments do not incur a surcharge.) Once your payment is complete, close the form to return to our Web site. A receipt will be sent to the valid email address you supply on the form.
To pay your bill by a method other than a credit or debit card, submit your payment by mail using a check or through a bill payment service provided by your banking institution following the instructions on your printed bill.
